Set Bob Tomes Ford as Your Preferred Dealer in the Ford App
Using the Service dashboard of the Ford app, you can set Bob Tomes Ford as your Preferred Dealer. This lets you interact with us about your next service, get directions, access our contact info, and view our hours of operation.
Important: A vehicle must be added to your Ford app account before you can set up a Preferred Dealer.
1. Log in to the Ford app.
2. Select the Service dashboard.
3. Tap Set your Preferred Dealer.
4. Read and select Accept on the Google consent prompt. Selecting Deny disables your location services.
Note: This prompt only appears once. If it does not appear, it means you already completed your consent.

5. Search for Bob Tomes Ford using the search bar, or find us in the list.
6. Tap Set as Preferred Dealer.
7. Read and Accept or Decline the vehicle health data prompt.
Note: This consent can be changed anytime in the Legal and privacy section of your Ford app account.

✔ A success check will appear at the bottom of the screen, and Bob Tomes Ford will appear as your Preferred Dealer on the Service dashboard.
