Fantastic customer service. We feel like they were able to work with our budget and really went above and beyond. The sales guy Geoff and his 'apprentice ' Korey treated us great. An example of customer service ....the used vehicle we were buying was missing the radio antenna and Geoff spent time and effort to get us a replacement before we left the lot. This is our second vehicle purchase from Bob Tomes and I'll certainly recommend them.

Great same day experience! The process was smooth and easy to navigate from test drive to purchase. Staff was knowledgeable and friendly. My finance agent, Mo, managed to clarify alot of uncertainty since this was my first time financing a car. He even provided competitive rates to ensure I was getting the best deal possible. Only real complaint was the wait time for financing review but it may not be so bad if you arrive early since they have lots of afternoon appointments.
