Took an entire week to get the vehicle at the payment exactly at where I said I would not be comfortable going over. Then Bob Tomes adds a $2,500 “package” to the vehicle that they will not let you remove which to me SHOULD be a customer choice, I don’t care how discounted it is, EXTRA WARRANTY OUTSIDE OF BASIC FORD WARRANTY SHOULD BE CHOSEN BY THE CUSTOMER NOT THE DEALERSHIP!

What to say. The whole buying a car is supposed to be a fun experience. Negotiating finale price, monthly payments, and getting to walk away with the vehicle you are actually wanting, thats what makes for the experience. And that's what we got here. Staff was patient, on point, and did not make us feel rushed to sign. Bought our Bronco and came back to pick up a few days later in which our ride, end up buying a car too. Why such a big deal, because we drove 3-5 mins shy from 2 hours away. They were able to get him in the mustang that 2 other Dealerships prior (he had been looking since the beginning of the year) couldn't. So yes, Bob Tomes Ford was and is a great dealership to work with. 2 very happy customers here.

Good experience overall buying a truck from them. Chris did everything a proper sales rep is supposed to do, without taking the hard sell approach (with 20+ years in sales, that instantly shuts me off and I’ll just leave). Only hiccup was the (now customary?) $2,500 dealer add-on package I didn’t want, but they wouldn’t remove, though they did discount it. But again, seems to be the norm nowadays, so what do you do? Finance guy was helpful in exploring alternate options when Chase (my bank) decided to bait & switch rates on me at the time of purchase. Ultimately wound up using a dealer-found financier. All in all, vehicle was in great shape at a very fair price and it was about as pleasant of an experience at a dealership you could reasonably expect to have.

Bob Times was able to completely fill our needs. We were not looking into buying the car we purchased until later on, but luckily we were able to make our dreams come true due to the amazing staff and customer service! Mo was awesome and went out of his way to fit our needs
