What a ridiculous service center they have i turned up on time for my Saturday appointment I went to the service person he told me "you might look at it Tuesday" i cannot even believe you would make an appointment but not even look at the work for 3 days Your seriously a joke and you obviously can't scale or deal with customer I will NEVER buy a car or a service a car from you You must be embarrassed

Absolutely recommend this dealership! When I searched for best Ford dealerships in the DFW metroplex, Bob Tomes was #1 and it was with the almost 100 miles round trip!! I just purchased an F150 from Michael and it was an amazing experience! He was extremely knowledgeable and great to work with! Aaron in Finance was awesome to work with too!
